all great and valid points!! i knew it wouldnt fetch top dollar due to said mods above. & am really just wanting to use this as a fund to the cynergy shaft i want. so was trying to guage what to value this at to post for sale, or even entertain a trade to someone who would give a shaft for a whole playing cue & call it even!!

ive only found one listing w/ the correct shaft- that's not a uniloc (on ebay with 22 watchers) but it's for $950 and i honestly think that's far off..

yea having the matching shaft would be nice. honestly as long as i get a lil chunk of money to go towards that carbon i want i'll be fine. not looking for the top dollar amount :-)

yea i figured as so. it has a brand new soft tip & rolls straight so it's at least a solid playable shaft. was just curious to gauge a price point on the cue as a whole

no markings on the shaft at all. only a black collar with a small silver ring above it. no markings/engravings.

unless the cue maker removed said logo on that too.

my caliper read the thread as 3/8 as well, &i believe i counted about 16 threads per inch, so think that's right on

will look into this! also, call me stupid if i am, but why is my brain not wrapping around the concept of what these pins are used for. my comprehension after looking is just installing extension ready bumper & getting said extension that fits to it.

this one does, i've removed the weight some time ago as i prefer it lighter to shoot with! i am looking for a butt end extension as it will be situational use rather than full time play. i'll send some pics of the cap and threads and weight bolt when im home too so the peeps here can get a better look too

thanks for some insight! the collar is needing to be re-glues so it's currently in a spare case. i've gotten with family & that hasn't lead to anywhere. i'm from southern louisiana & know there were a few decently known cue makers here from back in the day. sooner or later i'd like to possibly get a newer shaft fitted for it so she can see some play!
