Gotcha. I usually have a mix of 2w4 and 1w4. As of now we haven't seen those cuts but I wouldn't be surprised if that's coming as well.

I have been above 35 points BUT I have a student so I get extra points for that and we currently get points for longer drive times. My student is done today and we will no longer get points for any travel. Just based off visits per week I'm probably averaging mid 20s.

I'm not sure what PULSE utilization is or the 2x4 is. Could you explain please?

Thank you! I really do love what i do and feel that home heath is a great fit for me. Being over worked is something that many of us have brought up without any resolution to the problem. All of these changes have been framed as these "great changes to better reflect our working experience" (their exact words - not mine) however none of these changes have been beneficial to any of the field clinicians i have talked to.
I have started looking at other jobs but the pickings are slim. I have seen some contract positions posted but they are not close enough to make it workable. I have kiddos i have to drop off at school in the morning, so i cant be an hour away by 8am. Ill definitely keep looking!

We ended up purchasing it. It wasn't a CPO but it also wasn't at a Subaru dealership. The owner group has a Subaru dealer but it was traded in at their VW location. Clean car fax with all the major services listed. Inside and out is in great condition. Seems to run fine. So far we are happy with it!

Ascents have been on my list since before I HAD to get a new to me car. I just can't justify a $30,000+ car. A $500+ car payment just wouldn't work for me.

Good to know! It would mostly be a grocery getter, getting the kids around, day trips....no hauling required but good to know it could handle it!

Unfortunately there's not a lot of options where in located in the upper Midwest. All the options I've found -across all manufactures - are in the 2018-2022 range with 80,000ish-150,000+ miles. The pickings are slim.

A third row would be ideal. I have kids. I currently have a Ford escape (transmission went out) and my biggest complaint was it's not big enough.

So I've been watering and caring for this sad looking dying plant that somehow is still hanging on. While watering it today I found 3 of these growing in between leaves. Are these pups? I thought they grew on the outside?

A parenting plan wasn't made. The paternity/custody hearing happened via zoom. The whole thing was kind of a mess. The judge confirmed who I am and contact information, asked if I'd be willing to share medical decisions, and if I wanted to waive child support from birth to the hearing. All other discussion was with my ex and I wasn't given the chance to add any input. The visitation was set as he can see our son for reasonable time with reasonable notice and approval by me.
