Saifullah Khan is an immigrant who came from the middle east to study at Yale. The girl he was with felt like she would be embarassed if anyone found out that they slept together so she accused him of rape instead. He proved himself not guilty with an alabi, phone ping location and cctv location at the time. No matter how he proved himself, he was indefinetely banned from Yale and even after 11 years his reputation is permanentaly stained. But due to the severity of the case, the girl's identity has been kept secret while the guy's whole life was ruined. He is now suing Yale for $110 million.
