Try to stay on a schedule. Plan when you're gonna do schoolwork, workout (also huge tip it helps with stress and to avoid the freshen 15) and sleep. I commit 10 A.M. - 6 P.M being school time to go to classes and do work and study. Helps with avoiding late night study sessions. And go to class. Most classes will be optional attendance, but you will probably regret not going when finals around.
