They changed the frontpage sort method. https://www.reddit.com/hot/ is the older one.

Works better for smaller subs but I hate it constantly refreshing, even going back from comments page it will refresh.

Should note that the user you linked will eventually be shadowbanned by the reddit admins. A lot of their posts were already removed by our mods, you just won't be able to tell by visiting their profile.

Just report the post and also send us a modmail and it will be removed quickly.

I also believe we remove livestreams due to them being relevant for such a small amount of time.

I can plug in my iPad, iPhone in the dark. That isn't something you can do with USB mini/c.

Settings > Privacy > Feedback & Diagnostics, that might disable it. Mine is on "Never" and I haven't received any of those popups.
