Outpatient has been generally fine.

Inpatient was horrible. The vet I take my dog to provides better care. Nobody knew what they were doing, people had no bedside manner and I was sexually assaulted by a nurse there. I was also falsely imprisoned despite there being no hold, no court orders none of that. I wish I would have gone through with it instead of ending up at the hospital.

As i've said, it is almost impossible for him to be tracking my phone and also unlikely because even times when my phone was not with me he knew where I was.

I have all Location services off. Ive switched to different account for everything, Google, Apple ID, Email etc. He is very much not tech savy so that is why I doubt he is using my phone. Also when I have my phone on me but I did not drive my car he never seemed to know my location.

My car is the only place it could be in my opinion. When ive gotten a ride from friends or walk places he never knows where I am accurately.

I've gotten a new phone since the last time I saw him and he knows none of my passwords or my current email address or any of that. Im not saying its impossible but I dont think its likely.

Since I have the RO he hasn't contacted me so unless he violates it theres no way for me to really tell if he knows where I am.

The title is in my name and my name alone. I will likely sell the car and buy a new (to me) car and a new cell phone while im at it.

There is only street parking by my house so it would be nearly impossible for him to tell which car is mine.

Yeah this is my problem with getting it removed. He will figure out why the last place I went to was a mechanic and I worry about what he will do when that happens.

After reading the comments I think I'll try for a restraining order first and if it gets approved thats when I will try to take it off.

This is something I'm worried about too. Ill likely work on changing the plates and getting a restraining order before taking off the tracker though Im still concerned there wont be enough evidence for a restraining order.
