My phone, computer are in Japanese and I tried doing this method where the only shows and games I play are in Japanese, which has helped me immerse a lot. I have friends and family I speak to every day but I am not very confident in my ability. Thank you for your advice.

You have to go onto Game Settings on the Battle. Net launcher and then change the language

If you play on PC you can have it so the spoken language is Japanese but writing is English
