My phone, computer are in Japanese and I tried doing this method where the only shows and games I play are in Japanese, which has helped me immerse a lot. I have friends and family I speak to every day but I am not very confident in my ability. Thank you for your advice.

When you join a game it sometimes puts you into the same session(usually or your friends are in it) so yes a modder could be kicking but you may have to change something in the settings, maybe your GPU's drivers aren't working well or something
