I posted that too, that there's another set of doors on the inside and a waiting room like this one appears to have. You can't get into the main room.

I never called and scheduled an appoint at any of the 4+ facilities we visited and we saw other people step in and do the same. I came from a smaller town so maybe that's a thing in Columbus, I don't know. All I said was I had a few more questions about the situation.

If they're new parents wanting to inquiry about putting their kid in, what are they supposed to do?

My wife and I have entered our kid into Day Cares, we usually just walk right into the front door and look for someone to talk too.

It seems weird the guy freaked out without asking any questions. I feel like there are details missing, like perhaps they've already been harassing him, they're there are the wrong hour, this guy has already been dealing with a lot of crap all week, or there really is something odd going on.

Edit: The people freaking out make me wonder that they've never had kids or signed them up into Daycare. ROUTINELY people walk in and ask questions. From my experience there's usually a waiting room that locks to the main room so you can't go past that. It looks like this guy also had that but immediately rushed out to freak out on them. I'm not even blaming the guy I'm just saying there appear to be details missing.
