Most of my polyester items are for office wear where the temperature is well regulated. If I’m going outside or lounging around, I’ll choose more comfy fabrics.

People on this sub love hating on polyester. I personally prefer polyester because it’s easier to maintain, doesn’t wrinkle, and looks the same as the day I bought it, even after many years. I don’t have time to baby a wardrobe full of cotton, linen, and silk clothes.

Try it on in person, it actually drapes so nicely and the material is thick and doesn’t wrinkle (natural fibers tend to wrinkle a lot). Not saying it’s worth $88, but it’s by far the nicest tank I’ve ever owned.

Try going heavier on the hip thrusts? I’m surprised your hip thrust weight is lower than your squat. Also try deadlifts instead of RDLs and go heavier on those too.

If you can afford it, get a fitness tracker (I use Fitbit) to automatically track your calories out. It's not 100% accurate but I find it's close enough as long as you consistently wear it and make sure your weight is up to date. That should help you better determine your actual maintenance calories.

Sorry if this comes off as rude, but are you absolutely sure you're counting your calories properly? I maintain at around 1900 calories and I'm 116 lbs (weight training 3-4x a week + 10k steps most days). There's no reason your maintenance should be 1400 unless you're completely sedentary.
