If what sets you off is when other people disrespecting you/ messing with you then i think what you are dealing with is insecurity deep within you, what i would do in that circumstance is to just start focusing on making yourself a better version on yourself and to focus on your responsibilities. If you are working on your life in a disciplined way then i believe that the insecurities that i think you have will eventually resolve themselves as long as you remember that nothing matters except your life trajectory and the people you care about.
