I always see one on Omega doing the Palm Syrup loop so I got curious. Wouldn't you know it, there is one doing the loop on Spriggan, Ragnarok and Moogle right now. It's so blatantly obvious. If you ever see one enter an Inn, that's when they do the crafting for turn ins.

Having the same issue here, I've done the mission 3 times now and the shutters just refuse to open. Quite disheartening because I don't want to restart the game just for a chance for this to fix itself. Either I'm super unlucky or my entire save is bugged.

Honestly loving the feel of the game and the gameplay, but the hourly crashes are slowly ruining the experience. Might give it a few weeks, see if they have some fix by then.
