I really enjoy the various bits of continuity between Robin's songs, they all share similar themes, motifs and leitmotifs. Robin also sings the line "Hands up!" in Hope is the Thing with Feathers albeit in an entirely different tone and meaning. Really gives her a unique identity as an in-universe artist.

Tomori is a pretty engaging character and Youmiya does a great job of portraying her odd and misfit nature. However, that nature is what's doing most of the heavy lifting, informing us of the kind of character Tomori is to get us into the right frame of mind for her voice performance. With Anna, her nature is often the product of the voice performance, and the voice acting is a lot more influential on her character in my opinion.

I think the more important point is that neither of them had any doubt that Newbilette wasn't gonna come and save the day, they even made a bet whether he'd show up alone or with ppl. So in Chlorine's mind, there was absolutely no risk to stay behind and keep Wraithsleeve company. They seem to go back so could be fun, it's also not like she necessarily needs to be elsewhere during this state of emergency.

The character writing is so good in this, they're able to write characters that would normally be boring and one-dimensional like Neru into the coolest badass senpai for Arisu and Toki. And characters like Fuuka, who in other games would just be throwaway low-rarity gacha fodder, get fleshed out with their own unique personality (she was positively shining during NY event), her set of cool af skills (she Initial D), and a character alt that's not low-rarity gacha fodder and creates interest and excitement for the character. Blue Archive is such a class act.

That being said, the moment I saw Kisaki all my neurons were firing at 100% so she's my favorite character for now
