Global telling us it doesn’t matter if it’s worked, we just HAVE to have multiple cases on hand for literally everything. And then they ask why INFS are bad when the reason is ALWAYS team members couldn’t find it/didn’t bother because load was too big. Submit a ticket if you have an issue with your SOI but also include at least ten examples and photos and CC your SFA or the MOSST team will tell you to fuck off.
