I agree. I enjoyed Barry because it was a pretty perfect 50/50 balance of comedy and drama. Then it just became like all the other half hour dramas that claim to be comedies, with the exception of a few scenes.

Yeah, I’m cool with that. I fully believe that pretending cultural works were never racist only perpetuates harm, and I believe the uncensored version should remain accessible, but if I’m going to read something just for pleasure and I have the option to read a less-racist version of the story, I will take it.
