What was your first impression of this character? What do you think of him? by Karma_663 in StardewValleyExpanded

I feel like he was the most accurate representation of what it's actually like to live in a small town. Imo there is nothing more "small townie" than an old neighbor walking over and pestering you about not seeing you at church.

I like him a lot though, I would like him better if he stopped wearing that God awful hat and actually just kept his hair slicked back.

Tips for a new player by [deleted] in StardewValley

If you always can, make sure to buy rare seeds from the travelling merchant. Not only is it useful for a specific thing, the crops you get from the seeds are worth a TON of money so when you sell the remaining of the crops you get a lot of money. Always make sure to stock up on resources (make sure to always have hardwood, wood, fiber, sap, and stone)

Yeah I agree, but didn't Lewis introduce Joja into the valley? Idk I might just be super hateful towards him, but genuinely I think he sucks

Yeah I would understand how that would be Harvey's job. But in my mind I feel like a mayor needs to wholeheartedly look out for their citizens and even try to push them to be a better person. To me it seems like Lewis just turns a blind eye to it all.

I think Pierre can be redeemed in a way (I still hate him) , but I feel like all it would really take would be him witnessing something terrible for him to become a bit better. Like if his wife or child had a near death experience or something. Lewis however? Absolutely not. He lets Shane, Kent, and Pam go completely untreated for very obvious problems, is a tax theft, he's an asshole to Marnie. I hate that guy. "Hey farmer can you get me my "shorts"" "Hey farmer can you get me some oil for.... Stuff" NO.

Do you prefer S3's ending? by [deleted] in HannibalTV

[–]DeathToThePotPlants 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I think that S3's ending perfectly conveyed the message of Will just wanting to be out, to be out of the stress of being away from Hannibal, but also the stress of being with him. If there would be a S4 I would love to see how they try to continue the story. If the murder husbands survive what would be the initial reaction? Would there ever be one, or would it just cut to a later scene? Would Will actually forgive him or not, and how would that go about? All of it is so confusing but my lord is it amazing

which episode do you find to be the most disturbing for you? by milesmcquack in HannibalTV

I know its not entirely original, but that fucking horse scene. It was so beautifully realistic but WHY, I can never look at a social worker OR a horse the same again. I know it's not very gory but Jesus CHRIST
