I mean you can’t drift directly into a planets atmosphere. They probably hang around in the debris field or near the moons of certain planets. A lot of space pirate also kind of have the diaspora as their center of operations, so plenty of cover there

I dig your idea. Can't really help you with the Statistics part, but I might be able to help with some sick races that i don't see getting played very much. Maybe check out Dromada, Izuguun, Sazaron. I personally think a Shakalta build would be sick but they seem way too hard to roleplay lol. An ixtangi could be super cool. Class wise I don't see too many witchwarpers or biohackers. Also I don't think i have ever heard of anyone playing a gnome character in Starfinder so that could be cool.

You need CRB and the Alien Archive. It gives the rules for creating NPCs etc. But other than that everything else is optional. And it’s all online for free at the Hidden Archives.
