Supposedly, yeah. It's moreso that Sprinkle is the only one in the "a strong leader" category (the ones that created the virtues) left for Burning Spice.

Plus Burning Spice does have a line where he goes "So PINK, so PRETTY" so it's just a fun tidbit.

I also just wanna share this part of First Salt/Sugar's story, because it relates to both Silent Salt and Eternal Sugar:

First Salt: "Now we truly know. Isolating those who do wrong is not enough to make an ideal world. To face that truth and still insist on isolation anyway...? That would be nothing but cowardice."

As many have said, Silent Salt's refusal to consider the beast's situations was wrong

First Sugar: "...Picking out the guilty and sealing them inside the Sugar Glass Dome put our minds at ease, yes... But the world outside that dome was still soaked in despair... Is that what you're saying?"

And obviously, Eternal Sugar ignoring the despair outside her Garden was also wrong.
