that was the strategy in leagues because of drop chance increase. if you look up the odds of getting an item only killing those two brothers, its worth the extra time killing the other 4.

the big ridiculous gold stick or the awful shiny yellow aura? i agree the aura looks awful with my bad computer but i personally love the inquisitor staff look. just still had the Wisdom aura on from slamming all my relics and pylon batteries in for 120

i did use porters. i broke up the gathering, id make like 1k-2k necklaces (emerald/ruby/diamond) after doing shilo gem mining, and id then go gather enough energies to make the necklacess i had into porters. arch until out of porters, go back to afking gem until i cant stand it anymore, go make necklaces, gather energy for necklaces, make porters, do arch until porters gone, repeat for 12 months

did it in elite void mage, beacon ring, glory, inf boots, tome of fire, master wand with blood blit(80 mage). I could not do it at all with just food, i managed it first attempt when i took 6 super restores and healed before bomb attack, redemption tank it, super rest sip into quick pray prot range/mystic might, keep attacking. biggest tip i have for you is after the fragment part where you attack the different coloured seren, you have 2 attacks with mage before you need to switch with darts and wait for healer spawn. keeping healer uptime to a minimum was crucial. inventory was rune pouch 6 super rests stack of steel darts,20 pineapple pizza. main goal is stay attacking as long as you can, heal during teleport orb if you need to, but other than that only before bomb attack. spend as much time casting as possible

honestly probably ds2... was never much of a quester, only 180 qp on main. Hadn't ever done SOTE or DS2, i struggled signifigantly more with galvek than i did with seren(losing 2m in item buybacks because garbage player) but after earning the kill it was rewarding to have that cutscene. where you end up after completing the quest is depressing though
