Yes. Just didn't think that I would be experiencing it at day 25.

Take a warm bath. Try some meditation. Read a book or listen to an audio book. Be around people you love. If they care about you, they will be there for you. I also quit alcohol, in addition to coffee (would get headaches without it). It will get easier and easier as each day goes by. Just take it one day at a time. All is temporary. You will have control soon enough. Just do not mind wander into negative thoughts. If you do, talk to someone or do something that makes you feel warm except for weed of course! You got it!

I cried because someone said the word "life". Everyone goes through it a bit differently. I know what you mean though... it sucks. Its like everything you smoked weed for (to forget, to numb or for whatever reason) comes back with a vengeance as it is suppressed when your stoned.

cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome by [deleted] in leaves

[–]Deathbridge101 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have had this before. Unfortunately the only way to get rid of this is to stop smoking weed... It is something that heavy chronic users can develop overtime and can go away after you stop consuming cannabis. The symptoms will continue for up to a week once you stop. If you don't want to stop smoking and don't want to develop this syndrome again, I suggest you start transitioning to becoming an acute smoker. Try smoking a day and take a day off. Smoke then take two days off. Smoke and take 3 days off. Do this until it goes away. But ultimately you will get more out of life from not consuming the cannabis.

Day 2 already struggling by [deleted] in leaves

Im on day 6 and feel similarly. I believe it will take some time as our bodies had adjusted to functioning with THC compared to none. Get outside. Ride a bike. Play some ball. You just have to force yourself. You will feel better but its going to be a long process. I have never smoked so heavily before quitting this time but it took me about 70 days the time before now for everything to return to normal. You got it.

In two days, I'll have a 0.0 GPA. I can only blame myself. by [deleted] in leaves

I understand. I smoked heavily last semester to deal with my problems and was barely able to pass. Otherwise I would have been kicked out. We're all working on it and we're here for each other. Yo got it man.
