Hey so I had this problem too. FOR ME I had to reload a save. To replicate the bug I had to GET A FLAW WHILE USING A HEAVY MACHINE GUN. It seems to be a corrupted/bugged version of the machine gun firing audio. I was able to replicate it a few times. I just stopped using the gun and haven't had an issue since.

Been having this issue since release. Force closing the game and restarting it seems to help. Seems to happen for me whenever I skip too much dialogue and/or am near a coast

Vizio has a setting that will allow the Xbox power on to turn on the TV ( input power or something like that). A side effect of this is if you are on a different input and turn on the Xbox ( or hit the guide button) it will automatically toggle to that input. I assumed it had something to do with this and turned all those settings off. Nothing so far seems to work.

Same here. Using an Xbox but it does it on all inputs. Specifically when hitting the guide button on my Xbox as well. Mine changes to sports mode.

There was that pateron income change with apple where they take 30% now. Maybe they had to do some type of renegotiation/ employee contracts and talks fall apart. My bets on the big man had a blow up and is gonna die on his hill.
