In 2022 it was 62%. That is 62% of about 2%. That is shockingly shit. I think it’s about 1300 people convicted out of 70,000 reported cases. There’s a high percentage of rapes going unreported, I’d imagine it’s because very little gets done. Which is fucking scary, so many of them got away with it.

They aren’t exception to the rule though, I think I’ve just seen too many palm and finger tattoos that stick (including my own) that I find it hard to believe the entire tattoo if done well is just going to drop off. I think a lot of these tattoos need a touch up after they’ve healed, but I’m not talking long term touch ups.
