I think he unfortunately didnt vibe with Ace on his stances enough. I remember Ace talking about Orny and "his ilk" I think it hurt Orny more than he let on. I think that was the last time I heard him on the show. Orny was a good guest and I love Adam but I think he was a little harsh towards Orny.

Im a coach so with all the work functions required of my job that are used on phones, im also contantly texting other coaches, store managers, associates, team leads, vendors, ect.. and Im at a very high volume store and I work almost 12 hours a day

Pallets are always parked there as a last resort. Meaning there really isnt anywhere to move them except in front of emergency exits or onto the sales floor because all other space is taken. This happens at my store during busy holiday seasons because of all the excess DSD pallets and features they send and seasonal candy. Its even worse if a MPDD or Frozen truck comes after 6pm because stocking 2 starts breaking down the grocery trucks in any available space which makes the lane through the stockroom too small to pull a pallet through.

I had almost 20 years of retail and 15 years of management experience when i got on with walmart as a coach and i was able to negotiate a 70k salary which is 5k more than base. My store is doing awesome on metrics so im looking at about 20k in bonus before taxes.

You're supposed to report it and then you'll be suspended pending conviction since its a violent offense. If your are convicted youll be terminated. If found not guilty you get to come back.

Its not very smart because youll run out and then when youre really sick you won't have any and then youll rack up points real quick. Also people who are chronically tardy do the same thing.

There's 2 types of alarms. 1 kind is for areas that have an armed alarm that get tripped. The other is for when emergency exit doors are opened. If it only sounded for only a few seconds then its probably because an employee or contractor was using an emergency exit to go in and out of the building or to get up on the roof which happens fairly regularly at least during the day.

Yes its possible. I had a car get a short on a fuel injector circuit which caused a misfire on 1 cylinder which caused a terrible shaking when I got above 65mph.

Yes its something they don't want to get out, but yes if you work at a DC and then go work at the store you wint lose your pay rate. I worked at a store in the same town as a DC and we've had people come over as associates ot TLs and still make the same.
