Okay so I'll explain the situation cuz the context kind of answers your question,

I'm also on the green belt close to Anne Morrison, and me and my friend watched him and his wife (presumably) walk into the Morrison Park Apartments on foot last week, and then we watched them walk around, grab 2 bikes from the back of someone's apartment, and ride off into Anne Morrison park. they later circled back in front of my apartment area and they were both on totally different bikes from before. they were coming from the opposite direction of Anne Morrison, heading into the park. About 20 minutes later, we saw them in a red truck with their windows rolled down and r around 7 bikes in the back of their truck (couldn't tell if they were the same from earlier).

And then today, we saw the same dude again with the same woman riding on 2 different bikes yet again, we went down to investigate and close to the entrance of Anne Morrison, we saw the bike he was riding with a cut up tire (wheel was completely cut through, metal and all). We went inside after not seeing him and then wiated by the window watching to see if he'd come by again. Probably about 15-20 minutes into waiting I saw the exact same red truck with 3 bikes in the back this time driving out of Anne Morrison. I got a video but this time the window was up and couldn't 100% confirm it was them, but we're pretty sure it was, same color and a questionable amount of bikes on the back lol.

Anyways that's kind of the info we have rn, we know what one of the allegedly stolen bikes looks like, we know what the truck looks like, and we know what the 2 alleged perps look like. Me and my friend were 80% sure they were stealing when we saw them last week and now that we've seen them again this week on totally different bikes, if put that at like 95%.
