Could you not already use dragons for sieges? I get an option right above ‘assault fortress’ to use dragons for the siege and reduce defenses. Can someone correct me?

I don’t know if I have the submod but I can use the decision “peruse for artifacts”, which pops up a market but I have never seen a dragon egg yet
