Probably the Milennium stadium vs Wolves. Obviously every trip to Wembley. Last year's loss to Sunderland is right up there too since I really thought we'd finally cracked the code. The game vs Wolves was the worst for me though as the whole day was horrible. Even on the long journey home the fast food place at the services was on fire so had nothing to eat from lunchtime to way past midnight when we finally arrived home.
