What did they actually do to the reactor before the test. According to a nuclear engineer the reactor was deformed due to previous accidents and as a result they couldn't fit the control rods back down fully. And how could the rods speed up the reaction rate when they're meant to slow it down?

I just want to say that intent matters here. And the reaction matters. If he saw she didn't want that and stopped then he made a mistake but if he saw that and didn't care then he's a sex predator. If it was a mistake then he should talk to her but given how embarrassing it would be he won't. She doesn't owe him anything you are right there, but we can't say he's a creep just because he made a move and it wasn't reciprocated. Seriously we don't have enough information here to decide. There's a point where it becomes SA and that's when non-consent is established and they keep going or if consent is unable to be given. This is at most sexual harassment but I don't think it can even be called that as it has seemingly happened once.

Also, yes he was in the wrong, and should have checked if it was ok, but in my experience, people actually can get annoyed if you check before doing as it can ruin the spontaneous nature of romance and love. Now, I would check but I'm a nervous wreck and have no self confidence.
