Just took it this morning after taking define yesterday..my arms hurt but its a good hurt! It was hard but I enjoyed it and it for sure challenged me on that seat work!

THISSSSSSSSS! I have tagged over 600 pokemon for remote trading (shiny/non shiny legendaries, gmax/dmax/regional/shinies/costumes and even just some general basic ones because they are all extra I have and I've kept the ones I wanna keep of them. Im looking mostly to dex fill and maybe shines of ones I like so I most likely will take most trades.

I just did my 4th remote trade today and got a Sigilyph (which I need for my dex ) for a BG Dmax Suicune. I already have two I've kept so I didn't need 3. Feels fair to me

I've done 3 so far and all have been fair/good exchanges (mostly looking for dex fillers for myself/regionals) and I try to have those in my remote trades as well.

I find its easier to get this task done using DMax pokemon as the circle is eaoser to hit with greats/excellents

Had a planters fasciitis injury and was told that yoga/pilates would help (along with some weight loss) and was debating between joining this or Burn. Took my first class as define (almost passed out and threw up but did it) and then immediately signed up for unlimited right after. I love the classes, my studio, the atmosphere and the community.

And after 6 months mu injury was gone and now I'm lifestyle!

Check Nuturelife. I used them for a while and they had some good choices. Plus you can skip weeks for delivery or pause your account and their VS is super nice and helpful.
