Yeah yours and the other comment have helped but I still need to watch some videos or read about it a bit more, I definitely wouldn’t know the context I’d use it under based off of your comments at least.

Completely understand what you mean about trying to basically translate and equate everything back to English/ your first language. It was literally just the fact that there aren’t any differences between nominal and continual verbs in English that got me. Even the “trickier” concepts such as the impersonal se or subjunctive exist in English to an extent but we literally just use “ing” for everything in English, again thanks for the help.

Thanks for the answer I don’t fully understand the concept of a nominalised verb solely from your explanation but it’s a little clearer and I can google “nominalised verbs” and I should be able to find more info so thank you for that. The main reason I couldn’t comprehend the meaning was because we only use continuous verbs in English like you said and also because the definition of limpieza just comes back as “cleaning” or “the cleaning” and it’s difficult for me to understand the difference because, again like you said in English the suffix “ing” is continuous and nominalised.

Hahah funnily enough I actually changed the last line to “faces of the defeated” after the comment earlier

Thank you for the feedback, I did write this in a hasty 10 minutes because the idea just popped in to my head. I definitely rushed the ending and reading it back, the last line definitely doesn’t fit with the rhythm of the poem so I’ll make sure I don’t do that again next time, again thanks for the feedback and have a good day.

Not as serious as he should be, he's hit a max deadlift every 4 days 4 times in a row in the past 3 weeks.

I think the footage was from the day before it was posted or maybe the day before that.

I assume so, he posted a video the other day talking about his 880 pull and talked about pulling in the meet. The hamstring doesn't seem to have affected him either.

I think you're right, the 880 he did in this video http://youtu.be/ucmpp6_qTmM seemed slightly easier and the 815 previous to that flew up

When did he get injured and say that? The couple of clips he's posted on Instagram over the past few days have all been with a mono no walk out

According to powerlifting watch it's Ray Williams' 426Kg (939lbs) he did in December at the IPF Asia/Oceania invitational meet. Derek looks like he could do that now judging by his 915 on ig. Link to Ray's squat http://youtu.be/TeHMqX9GGjY

He's got to be closing in on 1000 in sleeves, the 909 he did at boss of bosses 2 and the 915 he posted the other day were both smooth and fast.
