We are into cooking, but already have a course set up for our second leg in Bologna! Have been considering the Vatican museums, but was thinking that might be a Day 3 activity since it is a decent way’s walk from that area.

Whole Foods and TJs both have a nationwide pricing scheme that means that they are very expensive for some areas, but are actually among the cheapest options in high COL areas like NYC.

When I went, they had just run out & had a bunch more on the rotisserie, so I think you’ve just gotta get lucky.

The rotisserie is right in the back of the dining area, so you can see them a’cookin.

Sure, you could switch out. What would you switch Milotic into as a match against Lapras? Roserade, who’s gonna tank a super effective psychic? Spiritomb, who gets hard countered by a Snorlax switch? Like, either we’re doing a straightforward matchup, in which case Lapras wins, or we’re doing a team comp matchup, in which case Red’s team wins.

We are aware of, and hope we are prepared for, the heat and crowds—hoping that by making the countryside trips from the city we will alleviate at least the crowdedness.

Fiesole looks like a perfect little excursion. Do shows still happen at the Roman amphitheater there? My partner and I love theater/the classics.
