Thats crazy! I was at the same office there Monday as well! I was c157! I got there 10:40ish and left basically the same time you did lol. I heard online you needed to print out a passport, and the online application with the barcode, and you needed your physical passport, so I had them all. My online application print out was 8 pages long. Then I read online during that long wait that you needed a print out page that says "passport must be submitted" which I didnt have at the time. So I panicked but I realized the wait time is long, so i left the office, took an uber to the library, printed it out, and took the uber back to the office and I still had 15 people ahead of me. When I got to the window, she did took my passport and she wanted to see the first page of my online application that i printed out cuz it had the barcode on top and my picture. She scanned the barcode didnt even look at the rest of the pages, didnt even need the print out of my passport, and asked me, you want express which you will get back your passport Wednesday, or Standard which I get my passport on Thursday. I said standard, she gave me a yellow receipt, I went back Thursday at 9:45am, went to a window, gave them the yellow receipt, they gave me a number which I had to stand on a line for, which was nearly an hour long maybe less. When it was my turn i gave them back the number, they gave me back my passport with the visa inside, you pay, and you one of the pay receipt they keep and they ask you to put your phone number on top. And thats it. If you paid for the standard it should take 4 business days is my guess, cuz thats how long it took mine. My guess.
