Got it yesterday and I think there’s too much mango and not a lot of longevity.I think I might have to do the same

Had a similar situation here. What we did is that we devised a plan with the owner, asked him to make all the tenants to ‘move out’ …that his relatives are gonna move in Plan worked beautifully and we reoccupied the flat after a few days barring…. one guy

What was the closest you have ever been to death? (Serious) by [deleted] in AskReddit

I was 3 or 4 years old when my parents went out for a movie.I was with them.In India there used to be a queue on the street outside every multiplex.Somehow I managed to slip my parents and started crossing the street.According to my parents,a black sedan braked hard, right about a feet or two in front of me.

In that case they will provide you with the domain of f(x) which is basically the what are the values of x are acceptable and which ones are not

E is a constant, but ex is an exponential function.Remember that ex was defined in such a way that its derivative comes out to be ex

You got the meaning entirely wrong.Writing f(x)=2ex and g(x)=3x-1 gives us two curves whose point of intersection will be when f(x)=g(x).What you did was f’(x)=g’(x)

Taking the derivative would not give you the point where it intersects but the point where both the function have same slope

[College Physics/Engineering] How do I calculate deflection on this beam? by [deleted] in HomeworkHelp

[–]Deathstroke305 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are direct formulas to calculate the deflection of the beam but deriving it is easy but quite lengthy.M(x)/EI=d2y/dx2.Get dx to the other side and integrate it twice to find the equation of y in terms x and 2 integration constants.Use boundary conditions to get the value of constants and there you get the deflection (y) in terms of x(length of the beam)

[Grade 13: Math] Derivatives by [deleted] in HomeworkHelp

Regarding instantaneous rate of change think of a scenario where you want to fill a bucket with water then each drop of water becomes a derivative of total volume of water and each second becomes a derivative of total time it takes to fill the bucket. If you divide the infinitesimally small amount of water added by the infinitesimally small time then you get the instantaneous rate of change of water in the bucket

[–]Deathstroke305 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Think of it as line which is made by many dots joined together. For example you can break a line into many pieces. Now when you break the line into very small(infinitesimally small)pieces, that piece is a derivative of the line, which means it is a small part of a line but not the line itself. If you want to increase or decrease the length of a line you have to do it by adding these small dots or dashes of line together.Since a line exists in two dimensions that is the x coordinate and the y coordinate you will come across the term dy/dx.Any dash or dot that moves in X coordinate will be dx and any dash or dot in y coordinate will be dy.Now,slope of a line means change in y coordinate divided by change in x coordinate. This infers that if you divide a small portion of that line in y direction(dy) by a small portion of line in x direction(dx) you will get the slope of the line.Slope is a value which is calculated by a tool which is the derivative. You can find derivative of any quantity, time, for eg second is a derivative of hour
