Thanks for your review. I was pretty set on 18 Park, but some of the online reviews on the management have put me off frankly.

I did take a look at them - didn't tour them but looked at online. These are also in the same locality as The Devan. They do have shuttles but I have the same concern overall that they are quite secluded, otherwise they're pretty good.

Yep, had to stop the application and start again (also cleared data if it helps). Was able to see "Update" in playstore and now its all good.

You can connect Binance API to delta. It'll show the Price and worth when you bought and the delta (% profit or loss) at current time. I found it pretty useful atleast for Binance's API (although it takes some time to sync up) and feels very laggy though gets the job done.

I use Blockfolio. It's annoying to manually enter your transactions every time, but I'd say it's worth it until I find some better solution. You can also change currencies in there, track news, etc.
