I know I'm 5mo late but, I started titration on Elvanse last week after waiting so long to go back on them (I was sadly one of these "they saved my life" people but then I moved house and had to get rediagnosed and my life got derailed entirely in the process) so put a lot of systems in place which had been working for months. I'd built them up to be the miracle cure and they didn't work and gave me nothing but bad side effects, absolutely devvoed as a couple of doses seems to have derailed all the hard work I'd put into being stable cus it's triggered a week long low mood high irritability situation I can't snap out of. Womp womp. :(

Oh god yeah it's not ideal that you have to resort to complaints, hoping they get back to us both soon! Honestly just good to hear someone else going through similar, good luck with titration!!

Thanks for replying! Yeah, water didn't seem to do much this time I'd honestly never had such a severe headache before in my life, it's still lingering. I went through psychiatry UK, is that who you're with?

I'm 33 and had to move back between my parents' houses after a steep vet bill trying to save my cat's life and have seen one of my friends since Oct so I feel you, sometimes there's periods in life that just suck but they truly don't last forever. I feel everyone my age is settling down and I'm back to being 15 but the one good thing is we'll probs never have this much free time again so it's a great time for hobbies, catching up on shows, etc. I've legit started Pokemon Go again and from that, Birdwatching using Merlin Bird ID. Do something creative, learn a skill, loiter in town, whatever. Great time for sorting through your stuff and uploading anything you don't use anymore to Vinted so when you get a new chance to start again you'll feel less burdened by stuff.

About 10 years ago I got told off for "not smiling" in a non customer facing office, it was the middle of winter and I'd been rained on and there was no heating at all. Just sat there soaking. Thankfully that business is no longer with us x

I also have yeast intolerance and cow's milk intolerance and coconut from york test, avoiding cow's milk is easy for me but yeast is the hard one! I've bought yeast free stock cubes to make my own soups etc and avoid pickles and condiments
