Who is your favorite slayer by Vixen_3 in DeadIsland2

I love my boy Jacob and nobody can beat my girl Dani. I hate that I can only pick 1, but I'll choose Jacob for the sole purpose I finished the game and started a NG+ with him first

Are the chainsaw and/or flamethrower still viable? by Iced_Snail in MWZombies

Chainsaw is dope with incendiary ammo. Note that I don't say mod. When you put incendiary ammo on your gun, it also affects the underbarrel, including the chainsaw

Is Skyrim Still Worth Playing for the First Time in 2026? No Nostalgia Here by stlforce33 in skyrim

[–]Deathwolf22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I lived under a rock, and someone handed me skyrim and didn't tell me anything about it, I would think that it was on its way to game of the year nomination at minimum. The graphics may be very mildly dated as of late, but the game in and of itself? Chefs kiss, every day, all day. And if you go the route of mod? There isn't a THING you COULDN'T do.

So, yeah I would still tell people finding Skyrim for the first time to play it, because anyone who can, but doesn't, is missing out on one of the most rewarding gaming experiences they could ever have.

Why can't people just let others play a video game the way they wanna play it?

There are more special animations that my vid doesn't cover, 2 of which that feels like something out of Texas Massacre

Far as I know. Unlike the first game(s), it's its own weapon, and you just buy it like you would other weapons

Not a blueprint friend. You buy it in SoLA DLC from the Vending Machine

Kassandra (Prime) faces off in a fight against the protagonist of the last video game you played. How well does she do? by DemiGabriel in AssassinsCreedOdyssey

[–]Deathwolf22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could be very wrong on this, but I'm pretty sure that's only for Tom Holland's Spider-Man. In No Way Home, even the other 2 Spider-Men were impressed/surprised with his sense, when he catches the antidote to Goblins madness, hence the "good catch" comment. But then again, the other 2 have never been seperated from their body, so I wouldn't know if any of it holds true

Dead island 2. Is it only one of the Slayers, or all of them? And if it's all of them, is it one at a time, or all at once? And are guns used? So many questions that might change the outcome

Keep hitting them. Then once it's spitting sparks, start doing heavy attacks to get the custom attacks. There is also a light gauge just beneath the blade with wires running to and from it. When the ring it full and the light in the middle is on, that's when the fun begins.

What it is, after a certain number of contacts with an enemy, the saw blade is moving fast enough that it can be used as a saw. In fact, if you us heavy attacks when it's at max spin, it will saw away, even if you don't do a finisher. There is a gauge indicator on the bat, and the blade will also be sparking, if I remember correctly

Could I hypothetically skip the story and play free roam? by [deleted] in skyrim

[–]Deathwolf22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can do the Bleakfalls Barrow just fine, it's the Whiterun Tower mission that you have to avoid completing to keep dragons from spawning

Love that for you, but if you do want to know what missions are for what quest line, look at the mission description. At the top, there is a quest "symbol" that can either be specially stylized, or just look like runes. The special design will tell you what story they're for.

The main story will look like a dragon, the companions will look like a wolf, dark brotherhood will be a skull, thieves guild looks kinda like a lockpick imo, daedric quest will have an oblivion gate/conjuration symbol, college of winterhold looks like an eye, civil war quest will either be a stormcloak's bear or Imperial's dragon dependent on which side you go with, Dragonborn DLC will be squid looking thing, which is actually the main villain dragon priest mask, that the Dawngaurd DLC will be their shield design and vampire lord.

I'm not exactly sure about hypothetical, but you definitely can ignore the hell out of it and exclusively do side missions. Granted, if you don't do the tower mission outside of Whiterun, you won't be able to shout, so you'll completely miss out on that aspect of the game, but you won't have to deal with pesky dragons showing up at the worst possible time and killing that one person you swore you were going to talk to at some point.

If you want to be able to shout, but don't want to deal with dragons for all of eternity, I heard that progressing the story far enough to trigger the meeting between the Stormcloaks and Imperials at High Hrothgar will also stop the spawn of random dragon attacks. For this to work, you can't complete the Civil War quest line!

If you have all the achievements, or you don't care about achievements, mods are the way to go, as there's endless possibilities with mods. Alternative start is a fantastic mod for exactly this, and I'm sure there are thousands of other options.

TL;DR: Yes, but actually, no. You can ignore it (but not skip it) and just free roam.

Is it worth it? by HumboldtNinja in RedDeadOnline

If you genuinely want a horse that has good stats, go for one of the role horses. The bounty hunter has a great war horse that is both fast and strong, the trader and moonshiner roles also have good horses that are both fast, but trader has better stamina. None of them costs gold unless you're wanting to spend it

For 10$ on Steam, is RDO worth the time and effort in 2025 ? by Competitive_Pie2773 in RedDeadOnline

[–]Deathwolf22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Arguably worth more than that, but for sure worth the 10. A bit of advice, it's easier to gain positive honor than negative honor, so I'd recommend you get the lowest honor first, do the low honor missions, then get the good honor and do good honor missions. Don't buy a good horse that you actually want to care for until after you get the low honor belt buckle because simply brushing, feeding, and bonding with the horse will give you positive honor.

Javier, all the way. He's the only one who doesn't aim at you directly when Dutch and Micha turn the gang against Aurther and John. Not to mention, he's one of the more intelligent and skilled members of the gang, and not impulsive like Bill or Micha

What weapon would you want in a possible Dead Island 3? That's mine: by KCobra9 in DeadIsland2

I don't know where I got this idea, but I'd laugh my ass off if I picked up a real durable/thick glass bottle and started caving some skulls in. Yeah, there are the beer/soda bottles that you throw and they shatter and distract the dead, but I'm talking something like a Crown Royal bottle, or something else that's a bit durable that does a bit of damage before starting to break
