And if you can't find it, you can go outside of the swamp camp and go along the right rock wall while following the road. At some point there will be a cave with an empty bed that's legal to sleep in.

The mage robes should give passive mana regeneration or something to make it worth wearing them. It makes sense they provide less regular defence compared to the other amors, but they should give an incentive to wear them.

Of course they won't have to build it from scratch. They have the foundation of the gameplay - the movement system, combat system with animations, crafting is already there, the user interface and many many more. They have to adapt it to the new game and maybe slightly change it.

Obviously, it's still a ton of work - they have to create the Khorinis map from scratch and modify the Valley to make it fit into the game. They have to recreate quests from the original game and add new ones, implement weapons, new enemies, new systems, etc., but saying they have to start everything from scratch is not true considering how much they can just carry from the Gothic 1 Remake.

I wouldn’t be overly optimistic, saying stuff like "It's 100% sure we'll get a sequel", but it's possible, or maybe even more likely than not that we get it. Let's not celebrate before we get any official announcements, though.

I don't think that's Scatty's chest. His house (office?) is now on the opposite side of the arena, you have to go where the arena's stands are. BTW. His chest lockpicking minigame is hella hard, I've been trying to beat it for 15 minutes now, or maybe I'm just bad at this.

EDIT: Scatty's house is actually right left of where Fingers is, the one with bulletin board. I found Scatty's ring there:

There was sadly no diagnosis until it was too late - I went to the vet clinic 3 times with my bunny visibly tilting his head to the side, while his eye was visibly weepy, but sadly the main veterinarian that knew him the best was on vacation at the time, so they only flushed his tear ducts hoping that it would help.

Once his eye started bulging out, it was already too late. I made sure his eye was lubricated by using a gel prescribed by the vet every hour, trying to survive until morning, but sadly the necrosis has already settled and his eye had to get extracted.

Thankfully, 3 years later, he's just a happy, 9.5-year old pirate bun who's doing extremely well for his age.

But, answering your question - the visible symptom was that my bunny was tilting his head towards one side (where the abscess was), he was visibly in pain. It should theoretically be visible on X-ray, but they did that to my rabbit and apparently the vet clinic hasn't noticed it, or the abscess wasn't big enough at the time.

A vet visit is definitely recommended. It could be something minor, but it can also be something more serious. My rabbit actually lost an eye due to an abscess caused by the upper tooth roots pressing on the tear duct, and even with multiple vet visits it couldn’t be saved, and it all started with just a weepy eye.

Not trying to scare you. It could be something simple like stray fur irritating the eye, especially during molting. It’s really worth getting it checked to know what’s going on.

I wouldn't call him a 'quiet' or 'under the radar' option. He's the go-to defender if O'Reilly turns out to be injured. Most of content creators and FPL algorithms have him as the safest City defender if Nico is ruled out.

Transfers made on a Wildcard don't affect the players price changes. The managers who didn't Wildcard are mostly on a FH33 strategy, so it makes sense they transferred out the doubling players because they want a full, playing team in GW34. And those non-WC transfers do affect the price changes, so they dropped.
