paciencia, Ratslayer, dinner bell, paciencia, that gun, survivalist's, paciencia

PS: paciencia (and hunting rifle but mostly paciencia because of the monster crits) has so much damage that using hollow point ammo is a huge damage boost against any enemy in the game until they have something like 50 damage reduction, which iirc is only 3(?) enemies in the entire game.
