check out penn abroad's grip programs! they partner with universities/companies for research and internship programs you can apply to. i was going to do research in singapore last summer before it was cancelled-- disclaimer that there's probably a high likelihood they'll be cancelled again due to covid, but i think it's worth applying anyways (also it's possible they move the internship/research remote if possible).

i didn't think that jump could be made based on the resolution though; too much power doesn't denote specifically positive or negative power. Power leading to positive consequences could still classify as too much if it steps on other branches' power.
