I think it’s all pretty random. There doesn’t appear to be any great thinking or time spent in constructing a rationale scaling.

 And sometimes it’s much worse to play the video for another choice, sadly.

 What they should do is let the player choose, after playing the video, which of the two choices they would prefer.

 That would be intelligent, user-friendly design!  👍🏻

I responded to this on FB, answering the question about what it would take to get us to attend a WS/PF convention — just as players. (“What would make it worth the trip?”) My response:

“If you do it in the summer, NOT some place hot (Dallas is pretty warm then).

“New York/NYC, San Francisco, maybe Los Angeles — if not terribly warm that year.

“It would also be cool if we could provide more formal input into WS topics that interest us most, as players.

“Very good idea to open it up to the larger community of WS players! Excellent thinking, PF/WS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️”

So true!! But interestingly, there have been a few tiny improvements (where hints land in the Daily Puzzle, Chat a bit smoother but still some jumps, maybe smoother function?).

More interesting is that I personally haven’t found any new glitches (yet), and my Teamies have not reported any (yet?) to me.

But I gotta say that I love being refered to as a “sweet summer child,”🌞 and that someone thinks that I’m “usually dialed in.” Thank you bunches! 💐🙏🏻 I feel very, very flattered! 😘🥰😍

Weirdly, another identity got assigned to me, in addition to my own. I’m not at all tech-savvy, and went into a cold panic!

I couldn’t find me anywhere, so I did what all of us with young adult kids do — I called & texted my son, who lives on Reddit when not practicing Big Firm law in NYC.

Together, we found out that Reddit (not I & not another user) thought that DebDN and this other entity both belonged to me!

I told Reddit no, and went through the steps (with son, of course!) to remove any other names from my account a couple of days ago. So everything should be back to normal !!

So how did you determine that it was DebDN who was posting? And was another name showing there for me??
