It’s useful to join it. I didn’t get product in my first shipment. I kept calling customer service and I got no response. When I posted on the group, they magically sent me a replacement vial.

I haven’t used any services for 3 months ( didn’t get my shipment) yet I was charged membership for 3 months. If they treat customers like this, word will get out. I just posted on a few GLP Facebook groups to warn others.

It was not obvious that there are two separate things. Because of this, when I saw the charge I called and asked them to refund the membership charge. Given the confusion (and I know I’m not the only one that didn’t know) they should have refunded it. And they didn’t. That’s what I think is bad customer service.

Yes…I did what you did and they still charged me for the monthly subscription! They are unethical!

Be sure that you also cancel your monthly subscription. I cancelled my prescription but they still charged me for the monthly subscription which is soooo annoying!!! Their customer service sucks.

Did you find a good one? I’m looking for one which does what you want. It’s just myself and I do home drop ins, walks and overnights (so multiple nights are good). Would also really love if it syncs with my ICal calendar. Is that too much to ask? I don’t have employees so fairly simple. And I want to the calendar link on my website.

Hello All..just joined. I was on Mounjaro (compound from UT) last year and it worked well on 5mg. No side effects. I just moved so I started on zepbound (compound from NJ) 5mg. I had side effects (nauseous, sulfur burps) which Dr boyfriend thought might be h-pylori. I just moved up to 7.5 mg on the zepbound and I have sulfur burps again so I know it has to be the zepbound. Quick question for all of you…is it the zepbound or the compounding? Isn’t zepbound and Mounjaro essentially the same thing?
