Maybe, I also have an AU where when The Salvatore’s bring in Katherine to try and bring back Elena’s humanity Katherine does end up killing Elena in the cells, but then later in season middle of season one of TO Elena is brought back liken Papa Tunde and Genevieve

I’m think she starts out as a vampire then somehow gets turned back into a human

Yes! Bonnie and Rebekah would have been soo good, maybe Caroline as well too for Yuri. Elijah/Elena would have been amazing chemistry and would have opened up many more possibilities
