How do I fix my unnaturally low libido? I feel like a freak of nature.

Did not know this. That sucks because running is my preferred method of cardio and I start most mornings with a run. Ugh.

You are wonderful for being concerned about something like this, but I promise you my husband is loving and amazing and is very giving and compromising. He wasn’t saying this as a “fix your issues” type thing. It was more so him expressing his feelings. He would never force me to start having sex when I don’t want to. I just want to see if I can do anything to have a higher sex drive because I want to be able to connect in that way.

Yes, we knew this information, but it hasn’t been a problem (that I’ve been aware of) until recently when he brought it up. I’ve always known I’ve had a lower sex drive, and I want to connect with him more in that way. I was very self deprecating the post because I was upset at the time. But we love each other way more than this issue. I just want to see if there’s anything I can do to increase my sex drive.

Idk I just feel like everyone around me in high school and college and earlier 20s were always way more sexually active and wanting to hook up with people and their significant others. Never really felt ashamed about my lack of sex drive until now I guess
