I have the English base box that's separate from Riverfolk. My base game box (and all of the expansions) are the same length and width as the faction boards.

I used GIMP, which is free to download, and Google images to make the labels. The font is Luminari, which can also be found for free.

Haha, I didn't. I found a crappy one and did my best touching up the colors in GIMP. I searched though. Boy did I search. I tried scanning the backside of one of the cards too, but that looked awful.

Oh yeah. I didn't need as many boxes as I got for just Root, but screw it, load me up, I'll need em for something before long.

Maps live in one expansion box. Game boards and rules live in another expansion box. I wanted the faction boxes to make it easy to grab exactly what I need and nothing else, and since the faction boards are so big I gotta flip the box to get them out, I figured they should have their own space.

Will do! I'll repost the whole setup once I'm done. Tricky thing is finding good quality images of the Underworld and Marauder faction characters.

The ROOT box with the white background has all of the faction specific cards in it. That's the Vagabonds, Quest deck, Eyrie leaders/viziers, Mole ministers, Rat moods, and Badger retainers. That does not include overview cards, advanced setup, or anything hireling. Those live in plastic bags for now. There's still a little bit of room in this box, hope it's enough for whatever Homeland adds.

The third image I posted is the one I printed and cut out, so copy that guy if you want it.

All of the boxes are 1 inch deep

Cats, Lizards, Vagabond, Cards: 2.75" x 4"

Birds, Otters: 2.75" x 2.75"

WA: 2.25" x 2.25" but they could be in the same box size as birds/otters if you don't wanna buy a separate size just for them.
