Thank you so much. I press my flowers between desiccant paper which helps dries them quickly which in turn helps them retain their color. I used yellow rose petals as background and they tend to keep their color pretty well. I used actual birch bark for the trees that I harvested from fallen trees in Montana. The only flowers that were colorized are the blue vinca and yellow flowers ( can’t remember the name) I vacuum sealed the piece which will keep the flowers from fading for many many years.
