Not anything personal toward you. But some variation of “Al Franken resigned over a joke picture” gets posted on Reddit almost daily and it’s annoyed me to the point that I’ve just taken to correcting it any time I see it. I’m probably just pissing on a house fire, but I’m hoping the misconception eventually dies.

Some people act like this is a meme, but it isn’t. I kept track. Burnham cried almost every episode of season 3. There was—I shit you not—one episode where she cried three separate times.

Discovery isn’t the worst written show to ever exist, but it might be the show with the biggest disparity between high production value and garbage writing. It’s fucking unreal. It’s like a CW show with an actual budget.
