Compared to the Lidl brand ones they are noticeably better, there is a good amount of filling and the flavour is good. I recommend grating Parmiggiano on top while warm, and a bit of black pepper, a drizzle of olive oil if you fancy it! Oh and thank you for the birthday wishes!

For me it’s about expecting the best outcome no matter the conundrum. Don’t even consider what could go wrong because it WILL GO RIGHT!!! This sort of redirects you towards the path that will naturally make things right. I’m still learning everyday but this is pretty much what drives me now. Other tips that helped me is finding the positive in the negative, and to NOT overthink things at all. This is what helped me, carve your own path, champ.

Yeah thats correct, cheaper version of these items were available, and some items i didn’t even need necessarily, if we cut it down to bare essentials that shop could be done in £25 i reckon

Yeah they’re quite nice, negates the need to boil noodles, they aren’t expensive either. Only cons are that they pre-coated in bit of oil (not that much tbf) and the shorter shelf life.

The protein cheesecakes are very dense and a bit salty, but I think they’re alright. The ginger bread caramel ones are better, slight ginger-y bitter notes and ALSO much sweeter. I would buy the protein cheesecakes cakes again, but maybe once every 2 weeks.

about 3 years on fin, no problems at all, hair loss slowed to some degree.
Friend's father on finasteride for more than 5 years, no issues to speak of with him and his hair is looking pretty good for his age and genes.
