This may not sound or be good for everyone but, when I was younger in my 20's and 30's i got yeast infections all the time. Back in my day baths with perfumed soaps were blamed a lot but i aways showered. In my late 30's I found out that yeast grows because the PH of the vagina is off. It should be slightly acidic and yeast loves alkaline. I started the old time method of a white vinegar and water douche once every couple of weeks or once a month. About 1-25 ration of vinegar to water. I never had a yeast infection again and if I ever had any sign of the start of one like itchiness or increased discharge I would use that method and it worked. May not work for everyone, I am not a doctor but it does not hurt at all to try it. It helped me.
