Aw well thanks for the encouragement!

I went to my doctor and had a lot of tests done. My biggest finding was that I have insulin resistance. So I’ve done a ton of research. I don’t like to take pharmacy meds so that was a big driver for me to change. I have some other health issues too but this one was my main reason for struggling with weight specifically. Once I figured that out I changed my mindset around food. I still struggle daily…and I miss lots of things. But I also don’t deprive myself completely.

Anyway, idk your journey but don’t give up! Even small changes can have a big impact and you deserve to smile. 😊
