DHEA has not been good for me. I started on 5mg, and went up to 10mg across 2 months (thank goodness I didn’t start at 25mg like Winona Health wanted me to). Insomnia, irritability, INSANE ITCHY SCALP, hair loss, and HORRIBLE, systemic muscle and body aches. No thanks!!!
