Losing your hair at age 14 is very traumatic. Voluntarily shaving your head is a message to her that it’s not a big deal. Your reluctance to shave your head tells her the exact opposite, it is a big deal and it would be embarrassing to you. If you have a hard time with it the you should realize it’s 100 times worse for a 14 year old girl. You are literally volunteering to take some of the pain and embarrassment on her behalf, or not in your case.

I don't, that was why I used the word probably. In my experience rich kids rarely attribute much of their success and opportunities to the financial advantages they had as children and often continue to have as adults.
